Comfortable beds made for a pleasant sleep.

We found hair in the beds when we arrived, really off-putting. The staff did act quickly to change our room, but the initial disgust lingered throughout our stay. I expected better cleanliness standards for a Hampton Inn and was disappointed by this experience.

The staff were helpful and excellent and the location was MAGNIFICENT to the Indianapolis area.

Fairly clean hotel, extremely friendly staff & good and magnificent location right down the street from the Colts Training camp. Location near Grand Park, shopping, gas stations and great restaurants and restaurants and ball fields. Good choice of food options at walking distance from the venue.

Be sure to request room with better light-blocking curtains for a restful sleep during your stay.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

The staff cared! They were friendly and the breakfast spread provided a good start to the day.

Unfortunately, noise traveled easily from adjoining rooms late into the night which disrupted our rest.

It was a great fit for a quick weekend visit in Westfield with definitely value for money. The breakfast options were solid, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A tip, check your room for any lighting issues before settling in.

The breakfast options were great-plenty of choices to start the day. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. The staff were super friendly and greeted me with smiles. I couldn't completely darken the room due to gaps in the window coverings. This let in both parking lot lights and early morning sun. I also faced a hiccup when I forgot my toothpaste. The front desk informed me they had run out of complimentary tubes and didn't have any available for purchase. This left me a bit disappointed as I expected better service in a hotel at this level. It had its ups and downs.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient

I loved how clean and organized my room was. It instantly was like a home away from home! The complimentary breakfast had so many delicious options, including flavored coffee creamers, made my mornings brighter. Plus, the indoor saltwater pool was such a relaxing treat after a long day-it was like my own little oasis!

Woke up to a good breakfast spread that catered to every craving. The check-in staff greeted us with genuine smiles. Our room was immaculate and cozy.

We faced a frustrating challenge at the stoplight while trying to exit the hotel. The timing was quite off.

The Hampton Inn Westfield Indianapolis is beautifully decorated and clean, with spacious areas that feel cute. I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive and helped me with my luggage.

Better accessibility for mobility-impaired guests needed.

The staff were helpful, especially when they assisted with my vehicle situation. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were very clean. It's also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
